Twisted Pole Studios is Nottingham’s largest and longest-running pole studio, offering expert-led classes in pole dance, flexibility, and more from our stunning city-centre space. Our Classes

All classes need to be booked in advance, and some classes such as courses and private lessons require deposits to secure your place.

We have different classes for all abilities. If you are unsure whether you are the right level for a class please contact us directly and we can advise you.

Group Pole Dancing

We offer supportive, friendly pole classes for all levels—from complete beginners at our Intro to Pole sessions, through Improvers and Mixed Level classes, up to Advanced sessions—on top-quality equipment with a maximum of two students per pole.

Stretch & Flexibility

Our flexibility classes are open to everyone, not just pole dancers, and use safe, effective stretching techniques from yoga, gymnastics, and contortion to improve mobility, reduce injury risk, and build strong, flexible muscles, with expert instruction and equipment provided for all levels.

Private Pole Dancing

Private lessons offer fully tailored, one-on-one support to help you focus on specific goals or progress at your own pace, with flexible scheduling and options for small groups on request.

Pole Dancing Parties

Get creative with a fun and unforgettable pole party - perfect for birthdays, hen dos, stags, or corporate events. Featuring spins, moves, and a mini routine, with tailored options to suit your group.
